In Attendance:

• Emily Okerlund called meeting to order at 4:02 pm. Kristen seconds motion.
• Reviewed and approved minutes from the prior meeting.

• Welcome to Vanessa who is serving as our administrative intern.
• “Good Vibes”/ Positive feedback from the community: 
• Vex teams going to state
• Lots of science fair winners/ awards
• 2024-2025 proposed goals and action plan
• Money allocated to support chromebooks, Ed Tech coaches/ trainings, Lexia software, reading aides
• Courtney suggested a change to the structuring of reading aide payments,  council all in agreement. 
• Land Trust Goals
• Acadience reading
  • Supports: trainings, reading aides, software
  • MOY sitting at 57%, last year MOY was 50%
  • EOY goal is 62%
• Math
  • Supports: reflex, trainings
  • 60% k-3; and 70% 4-6 scaled score RISE
  • BOY data will not reflect this years EOY data due to large shift in boundaries
• SEL
  • GRIT from 56% to 62% funded through TSSA only
  • Supports mental health specialists, Panorama, Student advocate,  SEL curriculum, PBIs
• Motion to vote on the goals as presented-Laura

• All members vote affirmative and state documents are signed reflecting that
• Arts night- April 19, 2024 from 5-7
• Community donations for silent auction and sponsors are needed
• Auction done online the week before
