Betsy Holden called the meeting to order at 5:03 p.m. Kristi Hancock seconded the motion.

Dani made a motion to approve the minutes from February’s meeting. Sophie Paul seconded the motion.

Kristi Hancock presented the upcoming school plan. The leadership team met and agreed with the recommendation that 62% of students will make typical or greater growth as measured by Acadience Pathways of Progress. Action steps were discussed. The Trust Lands goal stated that 95% percent of the students will show growth in math. Action steps to achieve this goal were also discussed. Funding estimates for these plans were also presented.

Sophie Paul motioned to approve the 2022-2023 Community Council Plan Budget. Kristen Ross seconded this. The vote was seven approved, with two people absent.

The last item discussed was the process for voting for members. We need to keep the process the same for four years, specifically in terms of the time of the year. It was switched in the Fall when Kristi Hancock came. West Haven will maintain the Fall voting timeframe.

Motion to adjourn was made at 5:25 by Kristi Hancock and was seconded by Betsy Holden.
