The District fee committee shall present the fee schedule to the Board and the public on or before the February Board meeting each year, iv) Board approval (1) Fee schedules and policies shall be adopted by the Board at or before the regularly scheduled April Board meeting. (2) Prior to the adoption of the fee schedule, the Board shall allow public participation and comment on the fee schedule during a minimum of two public meetings of the Board. These meetings will typically be the February and March board meetings.
